医疗装备与器械中心

一、研究中心简介

基于“健康中国”战略及我国医疗装备与器械领域的重要需求,本中心聚焦高端医疗装备与器械的创新研发及临床转化研究。中心汇聚多学科背景的优秀人才,组建了跨学科、多层次的研究团队,致力于攻克关键核心技术,开发具备自主知识产权的高端医疗器械,涵盖高端影像设备、先进治疗器械、智能康复装备等,以满足临床对高性能医疗装备的需求。未来,中心将全力打造国内领先、国际知名的医疗装备与器械创新研发中心,为提升我国医疗卫生水平、保障人民健康提供坚实的装备支撑,并推动医疗装备产业的高质量发展。

二、研究团队

中国科学院杭州医学研究所医疗装备与器械中心拥有一支在领域内有影响力的科研团队,现有固定人员27人,其中研究员11人,副高级研究人员1人,助理研究员2名,科研团队中有国家级高层次人才3名,省级人才多名,中心从国内外高校和科研机构招聘具有研究生学历青年人才几十人,组建了一支结构合理、素质优良、具有较强竞争力和持续发展能力的科技人才团队与技术支撑队伍。

主要研究团队介绍:

团队一:开发新型分子工具和生物材料(如:代谢标记探针、核酸/多肽、靶向识别探针等),通过分子设计与改造、材料制备与改性等手段,发展其在生物分析、生物成像和肿瘤诊疗领域的基础与临床转化研究。

李娟研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括陈婷婷、贾春辉等人。

团队二:以类器官与器官芯片主要研究方向,围绕肿瘤精准医学、药物评价开展医工融合创新研究与临床转化。主要包括恶性肿瘤的免疫细胞治疗及抗体产品研发和临床转化,类器官及类器官芯片技术,水凝胶等生物活性材料。

赵明研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括阳剑波研究员,周露萍和许良助理研究员等人。

团队三:高端医疗装备与前沿检测技术研发团队,研究内容包括高端智能眼科诊疗装备研制,高通量生物检测成像技术与应用,量子精密磁测仪器与分子分析技术,高分辨激光扫描眼底诊疗一体化装备,原位冷冻光电联合成像技术。

史国华研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括卢婧研究员等人。

团队四:介入医学与工程研究中心团队。深度学习驱动的多组学、多模态影像大数据与人工智能研究,分子与功能影像及生物新材料在医学影像与介入诊疗的探索与研究,肿瘤免疫代谢及免疫微环境调控探索。

徐栋研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括付瑾涵等人。

团队五:液体活检与智能分子诊断技术及设备研发团队。致力于物联网(IoT)智能分子诊断方法与仪器;AI健康Agent;居家检测;智能液体活检技术;新型肿瘤标志物研究;疾病预警系统。

宋金召研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括秦林惠、陈凯飞等人。

团队六:医用高分子材料团队。主要致力于具有新型结构的医用高分子材料的设计与合成研究,研究范畴涵盖高分子凝胶网络的构建,以及非侵入式核酸与多肽类药物递送系统的设计。

贾飞研究员为课题组长,主要成员招募中。

团队七:多功能仿生生物材料研制团队。基于纳米材料,水凝胶等基元构建多功能生物活性材料,开展肿瘤治疗、组织修复、影像诊断、免疫调节方向的应用。致力于研制仿生医用水凝胶补片材料,开发修复受损伤/病变人体组织/器官的新型诊疗技术。

董良研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括潘钊副研究员等人。

团队八:基于质谱技术的疾病诊断方法研发团队。质谱与组学技术挖掘标志物分子,助力癌症或微生物感染的诊断与治疗。

朱莹娣研究员为课题组长,主要成员包括李哲远等人。

团队九:光学成像与疾病诊疗一体化研究团队。主要研究内容包括新型光学(超声激活分子发光、长余辉发光、化学发光)分子探针及纳米材料的设计开发,及其在重大疾病如癌症的活体成像分析及精准诊疗方面的应用研究。
